Before any project can begin, the job site must be prepared. This involves first clearing the land, leveling the site, grading and compacting, and digging any areas needed for the foundation construction. It is GDR's goal to get your project done correctly the first time around. You only get one chance to get the foundation right and avoid foundation cracking. We are experienced at foundation preparation for both residential and commercial projects.
